Become a barista: Even with simple decorations, you can transform coffee specialities with milk into enjoyable works of art. We recommend using chocolate sauce, preferably cold and liquid, and a wooden skewer. Look for a fine-pored, velvety milk foam; larger air bubbles can be dissolved by carefully tapping the cup on the work surface. Draw lines with the chocolate sauce that are as clear as possible, not too thick or too thin, and shape them step by step with the wooden skewer. For a perfect result, wipe the wooden skewer after each line drawn.
