Service Fees

JURA automatic coffee machines are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. After the warranty period has expired, coffee machines that meet the conditions for inclusion in the JURA Flat-Rate Service Program and have not been damaged by unauthorized intervention are covered by the JURA Flat-Rate Service Program.

Thanks to this system, customers know the maximum repair cost before the service work begins. The flat-rate service repair provides comprehensive care for your coffee machine and includes:

• Complete diagnostic inspection of the coffee machine,
• Professional work carried out by a certified JURA service technician, 
• Thorough internal cleaning of the appliance,
• Replacement of all necessary original spare parts required to ensure the proper operation of the coffee machine, 
• Inspection, adjustment, and final functional testing of all main components of the appliance.

Every coffee machine is individually assessed upon arrival at the authorized service centre. If unauthorized repairs, mechanical damage, neglected maintenance, or faults caused by use contrary to the operating instructions are identified, the service intervention may be handled through an individual quotation.
